YANING Unveils Integrated Medical Gas Supply Surgical Control Panel with LCD Touch Screen

YANING has introduced model YN-OT-CP900, a flush mounted operating room console that consolidates medical gas monitoring, gas alarm annunciation and routine theatre controls on a single LCD touch screen. Driven by a Siemens PLC, the panel reports oxygen, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, medical air, vacuum, nitrogen and anaesthetic gas scavenging status from one interface instead of a row of separate gauges and boxes.

Fewer Interfaces, Fewer Failure Points

A conventional theatre wall carries gas pressure gauges, an alarm panel, a clock and timer, light dimming controls and an X-ray viewer switch, each from a different manufacturer with its own failure mode and spare part. Consolidating these functions into one factory wired console reduces terminations on site, cuts commissioning time and gives the surgical team a single place to look when a gas pressure alarm sounds.

Configured to the Hospital Electrical Schedule

Panel layout, engraving and alarm hierarchy are configured per project, so the console matches the hospital electrical schedule and the department naming convention rather than forcing a standard layout on the clinical team. The front face is available in SS304 stainless steel or antibacterial coated steel, rated IP44 and suitable for wipe-down disinfection with standard hospital detergents.
